01 · Introducing Axon Bridge For founders becoming the bottleneck

We run the operations,
so you can run the company.

EST · 2014 · OPERATIONAL · MGMT · EST · 2014 · OPERATIONAL · MGMT ·

An end-to-end operational partner for B2B companies. We take the weight off the founder's shoulders — production, fulfillment, the team itself, and the systems that hold all three together.

02 · Why we exist

Stop paying for consultants who just point at the road. We are Operational Management: the engine under your company's hood. While others offer advice, we manage the entire lifecycle — from the factory floor to the customer's door.

Founders hire us when they realize their job has quietly turned into running operations they never wanted to run. Procurement chats. Quality fires. Hiring gaps. Tool sprawl. We absorb the lot.

— William K., Founder

Three tracks. One operating partner.

We don't sell modules.
Most clients run all three — that's the point.

AI Lab.

AI Lab isn't a fourth track sitting next to the others — it's a layer that sinks into all three. Custom agents that read spec sheets, score suppliers, triage exceptions, summarize stand-ups, and watch the systems our teams run on.

Axon Bridge/Sourcing 00 · NEW SERVICE

A factory for every
product you can name.

We hold one of the deepest verified supplier networks in China — and we run the full hunt for you. From a one-line product brief to a signed PO, we shortlist up to ten vetted suppliers, sit through every quote, every sample, every contract, and stay on the line until the goods are paid for and on the water.

01 The database CHINA · 14 PROVINCES · 240+ VETTED PARTNERS

A network we've spent twelve years building.

Every supplier in the bench has been visited, audited, and sat with face to face. We don't run on directories. We run on relationships — the kind that pick up the phone on a Sunday when a line goes down.

02 What's included A FULLY MANAGED PROCESS

We don't hand you a list. We close the deal.

Sourcing brokers walk away with a spreadsheet. We stay in the room. Every sample inspected, every contract redlined, every wire confirmed — until the goods are inside your warehouse or on the next vessel. One operator, one thread, in your timezone and theirs.

01 · BRIEF

Spec sheet, target price, MOQ, certifications, deal-breakers. We translate everything you give us into something a Chinese factory will price properly.

Spec → BOM
02 · LONGLIST

We pull from the bench, run a fresh outbound round, and audit every candidate against your spec — not just whoever pays Alibaba the most.

30 → 10 vetted
03 · SAMPLE ROUND

Up to ten parallel sample requests, paid for and chased by us. Photos, video, dimensional reports — sent to you in one tidy thread.

Samples in hand
04 · NEGOTIATE

Our buyers run the price negotiation in Mandarin, in the supplier's timezone. You get the contract drafted, redlined, and ready to sign.

Bilingual contracts that hold up in Shenzhen courts. Payment terms, IP clauses, inspection rights — written so you have leverage when it goes wrong.

Wire instructions, factory inspection at hand-off, freight booking, customs paperwork. We don't leave until the goods are paid for and shipped.

05 Common questions ASK US ANYTHING ELSE BY EMAIL

Things founders ask before they brief us.

If you don't see your question, send it. We answer within one business day, in plain English.

Do I need an existing spec sheet to start? +
No. About a third of our briefs come in as a paragraph and a competitor link. We turn that into a proper BOM and spec on the first call.
How small is too small? +
We work to the MOQs the factory will accept. For Yiwu and Shenzhen that's often a few hundred units; for furniture or metals it's a container. We'll tell you the floor on the first call.
Do you take a kickback from the factory? +
No. We invoice you a flat sourcing fee. The factory price you see is the factory price. That's the only way the bench stays honest.
What about IP — moulds, designs, brand? +
Bilingual NDA on the first call, IP clauses in every contract, and on tooling-heavy projects we hold the moulds in our name until the relationship is proven.
Can I move from Sourcing into Production with you? +
Yes — most clients do. Sourcing is the first beat of a Production track. Once a supplier is locked, we stay in the factory for the runs that follow.

Send us
a brief.

A paragraph and a target price is enough. We come back inside two weeks with a longlist, three samples, and a price you can actually plan around.

01 · TRACK

A long-term manufacturing
partnership.

Sourcing is just the first beat. We vet suppliers, run samples and contracts, then stay in the factory for the production runs that follow. Tooling, quality, IP, scale-up. Wherever your supply chain lives.

01 What the track covers SOURCING · TOOLING · RUNS · SCALE-UP

We don't run a project. We run the factory relationship.

Production is a long-running engagement, not a one-time sourcing trip. Our team stays inside the factory, runs the QC line, manages the tooling, protects the IP, and scales you up when demand finally lands.

01 · SOURCING

Vetted suppliers across our 2,400+ bench. Samples, contracts, redlines, NDAs — every paper trail handled bilingually.

Suppliers
02 · TOOLING

Mould design, DFM passes, prototype iterations, T0 → T1 sign-off. We hold the moulds when the relationship calls for it.

Tooling
03 · RUNS

Pilot runs, mass production, in-line QC, golden samples, lot reports. Defect classifiers wired into the line.

Runs
04 · QUALITY

Pre-shipment, during-production, container-load, third-party audits. AQL standards set per SKU, not per supplier.

Quality
05 · IP

Mould ownership, NDAs that hold up in Shenzhen courts, supplier rotation when something walks. Quietly enforced.

IP
06 · SCALE-UP

When demand lands, we add a second factory, second line, second port. Capacity planning a quarter ahead, not a week behind.

Scale-up
02 How we operate inside a factory CARETAKERS · NOT BROKERS

Boots on the floor. Boring updates on time.

A single operator runs your factory relationship. They sit in the supplier's group chat, they walk the line on shipment days, they translate the noise into a one-page weekly that takes you four minutes to read.

01
One operator, one thread
Bilingual caretaker assigned to your account. Same person, same WeChat, same Slack channel. Coverage shifts so 24/6 someone is on call.
02
Weekly readouts
A short, structured Monday report: what shipped, what slipped, what's at risk, what we're paying for. Five bullets, no slides.
03
QC on every container
Pre-shipment inspection on 100% of containers. Photo evidence and pass/fail attached to the BOL before the wire goes out.
04
Escalation in your timezone
When something breaks, the call comes from someone in your timezone, in your language, with the fix already half-built.

“The factory floor doesn't care about your roadmap. Someone has to be in the building when the line stops.”

— Founder, consumer hardware

02 · TRACK

From the factory floor
to the customer's door.

Quality, packaging, freight, customs, last-mile, returns. We handle everything behind the scenes so your brand voice stays consistent and you don't have to lift a finger.

01 The fulfillment stack QC · PACKAGING · FREIGHT · CUSTOMS · LAST MILE

One thread between the line and the doorstep.

Every box leaving a factory in our care is photographed, scanned, sealed, and tracked through three borders if it has to be. We don't hand off to anyone we don't already know.

01 · QC

Inline AQL inspection, pre-shipment audit, container-load checks. Defect classifiers running on photo evidence in real time.

02 · PACKAGING

Branded inner and outer cartons, inserts, manuals, regulatory labels. Packed to your exact unit-of-sale, palletised correctly the first time.

Packaging
03 · FREIGHT

Sea, air, rail. We negotiate rates against our book of business — you get a flat landed cost, no surcharge surprises.

Freight
04 · CUSTOMS

HTS classification, ECCN, country-of-origin, duty drawback. Customs handled in-house on both ends of the lane.

Customs
05 · LAST MILE

3PL routing, carrier mix, returns flow, packaging compliance. We pick the carrier per zone, not the carrier per quarter.

Last mile
06 · RETURNS

Return labels, regional reverse-logistics, refurb routing, write-off tracking. Returns become a data point, not a fire.

02 What you actually get back FULFILLMENT, MEASURED
01
One landed cost
Goods, packaging, freight, duty, last-mile and returns reserve — quoted as a single per-unit number. No spreadsheet archaeology.
02
A brand voice that survives the box
Inner-carton, outer-carton, insert and label, all on the same approval flow. The unboxing is part of the product.
03
A customs answer in one call
When a container gets pulled, you reach a human who has the HTS code, the BOL, and the broker on the line.
04
Returns as a metric, not a fire
A weekly returns report — what came back, where from, and the failure-mode tag. So Production can fix the next run.

Hand it
over.

If your team is spending more time on freight emails than on customers — that's the brief.

Axon Bridge/Teams &

03 · TRACK

A smaller team.
A faster company.

We cut the waste, automate repetitive tasks, and rebuild your ops team. No more boring tasks — your team gets smaller and faster. SOPs that actually get followed. Reports a human can read.

01 The work, in four buckets HIRING · OPS · WORKFLOW · TOOLING

We rebuild your ops team from the inside.

Most operations teams aren't bad — they're trapped in tools that fight them and processes nobody wrote down. We come in, write it down, take half of it off their plate, and hire the half that's left.

01 · HIRING

Ops managers, coordinators, account leads, QA. We shrink your team, hand-pick the best and empower them with AI tools.

Leaning
02 · OPS

Daily standups that finish in fifteen minutes. RACI charts that hold. Escalation paths that don't all end on the founder's phone.

Ops
03 · WORKFLOW

SOPs that actually get followed because the tools enforce them. We write the playbook, then bake it into the software people already use.

Workflow
02 Symptoms we recognise IF TWO OF THESE FIT, CALL US
01
The founder is the escalation path
If every supplier emergency, every customs hold, every hiring decision still ends on your phone — you don't have an ops team yet, you have an inbox.
02
Tool sprawl
Three project managers, four spreadsheets of truth, two Slack channels for the same factory. Every new hire learns a different shape of the company.
03
Reports a human cannot read
Forty-tab dashboards that nobody opens. We replace them with a one-page Monday readout the founder can actually read on the train.
04
Hiring is the only answer
If every problem is solved by adding a head, the ops team is just absorbing chaos faster. We cut the chaos first, then hire what's left.

“A team is small because the systems are good. Not because we hired carefully — because we wrote the playbook before we hired the second person.”
